Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy:
If an item meets one or more of the following conditions, it may be eligible for return (with either a refund or replacement) within 24 hours of delivery.
1: The delivered item did not match the order. For example, you purchased product 'X' and received product 'Y'.
2: The product description does not match the product that you have received.
3: The item's non-functionality: You have purchased electronics or other products that are not working in operation; in this case, Sourcing Sathi will only accept and process a return claim for a replacement or refund after the item has passed its quality check process.
4: If the product has any defects during the warranty period, we will replace them in accordance with the warranty's terms and conditions.
The condition return, replacement, and refund is not applicable:
1: We always strive to pack the material with the utmost safety and take all necessary precautions to prevent damage. However, in rare instances where the material sustains minor damage during both home and hub delivery, buyers have to get it reassigned locally.
2: Change of mind: After product delivery, buyers express dissatisfaction with the product's quality and believe it is no longer necessary.

Sourcing Sathi provides three types of product delivery service:
First, 100% home delivery.
The second option is Home Delivery with freight on delivery (FOD).
Third: HUB Delivery via Road Transport.
Please read all the terms and conditions of the above three types of delivery before ordering.
1:The material will ship using private logistics services such as Xpressbees, Gati, Safe Express, Track On, Blue Dart, and others. The buyers will receive the material home delivery only and pay the delivery charges directly to the delivery person or to Decont.
2:On this, Sourcing Sathi will always suggest a tentative freight charge. Charges may vary from place to place.
3:Freight on Delivery is a much better option for delivery of goods as compared to home delivery services, as standard charges apply to all locations, whereas with Freight on Delivery, the charges are calculated precisely from one location to another.
Third : HUB Delivery : The delivery details for the Hub (materials shipped via local transport) are as follows:
1: When customers opt for HUB Delivery, Sourcing Sathi will dispatch the material directly from our warehouse to local transport providers such as VRL, TCI, and ARC, among others. Our customer care team will also consult with the buyers to discuss any alternative transport options they may suggest, and we will only ship the material through those selected methods.
2: The customer has to pay the nominal charges for shipping the material from our warehouse to local transport. Please be aware that this does not include the cost of shipping your goods to your location.
3: We charge a nominal fee to transport your material from our warehouse to the local transport, which then connects it to your destination. Our logistics team will share the amount details once the material is ready to ship. Buyers have to pay the amount before dispatching the material.
4: Once the material ships through local transport, we will share the transport slip. Our team also tries to trace the material online, but we strongly request that buyers keep tracking it from the transport office at their place.
