Soon, we expanded our reach to Delhi’s Karol Bagh market, where we developed a deep understanding of the mobile accessories industry and established our foothold in the market.
Recognizing China’s dominance in this sector, we began importing mobile accessories directly from Chinese suppliers, leveraging our growing network to learn from their technological expertise. These international partnerships laid the foundation for our knowledge of global sourcing and industry best practices, further fueling our ambition to bring advanced technology and high-quality products to India.
By 2014, inspired by the “Make in India” initiative, we opened our first manufacturing unit in Delhi, starting with a modest production capacity of 1,000 units per day. True to the saying, “A manufacturer is one who knows the fractures of their industry,” we faced and overcame numerous challenges, gaining invaluable insights along the way. With this experience, we founded All India Industrial Management Solutions Private Limited (AIIMS), an initiative dedicated to knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and supporting India’s manufacturing ecosystem.
