Our Return Policy is applicable to all products bought on sourcing from our website, mobile application, or through offline orders matched from our platform.

2. Eligibility for Returns

•             You can ask for return if the product is received damaged, defective, or not as mentioned.

•             Products need to be returned within [X] days from the day of delivery (e.g., 7 or 15 days).

•The product must not be used (unless defect is usage or inherent).

•All original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, and parts must be returned.

3. Non-returnable items

•Products which are used or tampered with in such a manner that the item is damaged.

•Perishable parts or consumables (if any).

•Custom made / OEM or ODM items with special specifications (except defective).

4. Return process

2. Include order information (order number, date, product name), images or videos demonstrating damage or incompatibility.

3. After receiving approval for return, send the item back within the original or appropriate packaging to the address given by us.

4. Return shipping will be done at the buyer's cost unless the return is made because of our fault (damaged or incorrect product).

5. Inspection and approval

•Once the returned product reaches us, our quality team will check it.

•If it is eligible (damaged / defect / mismatch), we will initiate refund or replacement.

•If the product is determined to be utilized or damaged by customer, we can refuse return or charge.

6. Refunds or replacements

•Refunds: We will refund the purchase price through the same mode of payment within [X] business days from approval.

•Replacement: We will dispatch a new product (subject to availability) if you would like a replacement.

•Refund of shipping charges already paid will only be made in case of return due to our error.

7. Claims against warranty

•Certain products may have manufacturer's warranty. In these situations, returns might have to be processed through warranty centre.

•We shall help you coordinate with the supplier or manufacturer, as the case may be.

8. Exchanges

•Exchanges are considered a return + new order. You need to return the original item first, then order the replacement item.
